Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, authentication details, and optional Google account identifiers.
- Subscription information: license key, subscription status, and relevant membership identifiers supplied by Whop.
- Trading automation data: webhook payloads, initial broker status, timestamps, and processing errors.
- Device information: device session credentials, device name, last-seen time, and connection events.
- Technical information: security, diagnostic, and server logs needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, verify subscriptions, queue webhook signals, deliver them to your agent, record reported order status, provide support, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve service reliability.
Webhook and credential security
Private webhook URLs and agent access tokens are credentials. The service stores a one-way hash for authentication and encrypted webhook token material so the URL can be displayed to its owner. Do not share webhook URLs, license keys, or agent credentials.
Service providers
The service may use providers such as Whop for subscriptions, Google for optional sign-in, Resend for email delivery, Redis for realtime notifications, and hosting, monitoring, or infrastructure providers needed to operate the service. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security records. Contact support to request account or data deletion. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and operational requirements. You can stop using the service and revoke a webhook URL from the dashboard by regenerating it.
